The Rambo Savage 750W Electric Fat Tire Mountain Bike is the perfect electric bike for someone who is looking to get their first ebike. Combined with a low 28.5" standover height, the high-torque 750W mid-drive BBS02 motor is not only extremely reliable but also powerful enough to tackle any task from Sunday cruising to hauling your trophy buck out of the woods. The Savage 750W also features a Sturmey Archer 3-speed internally geared hub. This eliminates the need for a derailleur and still gives a great combination of speed and torque. The bike can be used on and off-road with ease.
The Savage electric mountain bike works with many of Rambo’s great Optional Accessories including: front and rear rack, front suspension fork, and fenders allowing the rider to customize the bike to fit their needs & budget.
OUR BATTERY
The battery sits lower on the Rambo Savage frame than a standard battery. By placing the Samsung 48v 14AH battery lower on the frame it helps keep the weight lower and gives the bike a more planted ride. The 14-amp hour battery can give you a max distance of 35 miles! Not all batteries are equal. In fact, not even close. Many e-bike batteries fall very short at a certain amp hour. Real life tests show Rambo outperforms again and again!
BAFANG 750W MID-DRIVE MOTOR
Rambo chose to use Bafangs legendary BBS02 powerful mid-drive motor. The BBS02 motor has been a leader in the ebike world for a decade. The BBS02 features an integrated speed sensor and has a nominal power of 750W and a peak rating of 1000W, a reduction ratio of 1:21.9 and a maximum torque of 120 N.m, producing plentiful torque when taking off. Strong and efficient, this motor is suitable for use on widely-varying terrains. The Bafang BBS02 motor is perfect for mountain bikes, sand bikes and for adrenaline-seeking riders who just love power.
