Returns 

Our refund policy is very simple. With all of the suppliers we work with, we adopt the same refund, return/exchange policy as they do. Please refer to the manufacturers website to see their policies. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

All of our products have a manufacturer warranty, so if anything happens within the warranty period, World of eBikes will be your advocate.  So rest assured that you'll be out and riding!
